Committee Works
A couple of new activities will be added into the school's curricula. Unlike sessions in subjects, these are formed in committees. There are three committee works established recently: Disciplinary, Health, and Library. This new program aims to promote the sense of duty in Tsunami Gakuen's students and their involvement with their peers, looking out for each other as well as encouraging their development to become refined figures of their own bright future.
Disciplinary Committee works involve patrolling the campus to ensure no breach of rules occur within the school grounds. Student Reps that are appointed for this activity must make sure that their fellow students are involved in safe physical activities, attending classes during studying periods, and that their uniforms are not a mess in appearance. They are also required to do morning duties of making sure their fellow students did not leave dorms to attend class too late. Late attendees and absentees with ailments must be recorded and reported. The Disciplinary Reps would also need to make sure buildings are properly locked after school and club hours ended and that all students would have returned to the dorm by curfew hours.
Health Committee works involve attending any fellow students that need medical aids or to escort them to the nurse office to be treated of. Like the disciplinary reps, they are required to patrol the school grounds, however with little difference. Only one member will be required to patrol during breaks or when P.E. sessions are commenced, while the other would stay in the nurse office in case of unwell visitors. The nurse office must never be left unattended until the school hours end, but the Health reps will always stay in duty regardless the time of the day. Should any medical emergency arise, the Health reps must be informed immediately and attend to the patient's needs.
Library Committee works involve assisting the library during breaks and after school until it closes for the day, which would be 9 pm, and dinner will be provided for the reps in the library's staff room from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. The duty includes assisting with rearranging returned books to their proper shelves, sorting out the archives daily, and helping those who wishes to find their reading materials within the library. Since the library is rather large with multiple floors, Library Reps require the minimum of 4 students to engage the shelves, unlike the other committee works that merely require 2 individuals to cover enough areas of the building.
Student Representatives
Student Reps will rotate in a monthly basis. With the committee system, usually two students from each year level, one male and one female, will be chosen to become the representatives that will attend the committee duties. Chosen reps from a year level will be assigned to one of the committee duties at random-- be it the disciplinary, health, or library. For example, third year reps might be assigned to do the disciplinary duties, second year reps to the health duties, and first years to the library duties. This pattern, however, may not remain the same the next month. No given tasks would clash with each other, except for the extra two pair of student reps that would be assigned to assist with library duties, which may come from any year level.
Again, Student Reps will also be chosen at random from their respective year levels, much like when they are assigned to their tasks. They will be serving their assigned duties for the whole month until new Student Reps are chosen to take over their tasks. Should a student have a legitimate reason to be exempted from attending their duties, they may report to the staff office to ask for an official dismissal from their role as the monthly student rep, in which case another student from the same year level will be selected to replace their role.
After completing their duties for a month, each Student Reps will be granted credits and promising rewards to praise them of a wonderful job well done, and for their perseverance in their hard work.

What Exactly is a Bunkasai?
Bunkasai is an annual school festival that usually takes place sometime between October and November.
